The whole health form reaches only the parent and your health staff.

A group leader sees only their own group’s allergies and medications, with who carries epinephrine, and every opening is logged. Everyone else who needs to know whether a form is finished sees that, and nothing more. CAMPPS support accounts cannot open health forms.

For a child under 13, a parent reads the privacy notice and gives consent, with a $0.50 card check on Stripe’s own form, refunded within 24 hours. Withdrawing consent leaves the child as a name only, flagged; deletion is a separate request with an identity check.

Families pay on Stripe’s hosted page, every fee is its own line, and only the camp director refunds, under the policy the family agreed to. A late balance never cancels a child’s place. Three exports, on every plan, each leaving out what its reader does not need.

Exports are made by the camp director. The sample health-form export is Session 3 at Heron Lake: 50 unfinished forms across 18 troops. Exports over 5,000 rows say so and never cut rows silently.

What CAMPPS does not claim yet.

CAMPPS is new. It would rather show you the controls than a row of badges.

No security certification yet. CAMPPS has not had a SOC 2 audit.
No HIPAA certification. Health forms are handled with the access rules above, not under a HIPAA program.
No COPPA certification. Consent for under-13s is built into registration; no outside body has certified it.
No accessibility certification. No outside body has checked the screens against WCAG.
No AI. Nothing automated reads a child’s form or decides anything about a camper.
