$1,500a year in platform fees on $150,000 of registrations, paid by families as its own line. On a $365 week of camp, that line is $3.65.

Which plan fits a council with one scout camp?
Growth. It has what a scout camp needs: merit-badge class blocks, deposits and the health tools. Pro is for an organization running more than one camp, like the example Harrow Creek Council, with a resident camp and a day camp.
Do families get payment plans?
Not in the first release. Families pay a deposit and then the balance, and your office can record checks and camperships. Payment plans are planned.
How do we get our data in?
You enter it yourself in setup: sessions, fees, your health form and your staff. Reading a spreadsheet or an export of what you use today is Planned — not in the first release. There is no one-click import from another system, and no promise of one. Moving from your current system
Will it do everything our current system does?
The first release covers registration, payments, parent consent, health forms, activities and electives, group rosters, and the screens for the office, group leaders, activity staff and health staff. It does not include staff scheduling, payroll, Scoutbook sync or phone apps. What fits your kind of camp
What will parents think of the platform fee?
They see it as its own line before they pay. Your camp can switch it off, and it is waived on bank transfer.
You are a very small company. What if you disappear?
CAMPPS is small and says so. It runs on cloud services that cost almost nothing when idle, so it does not need many camps to keep going, and every plan exports your rosters, payments and health-form completion as CSV whenever you want them.
Is this an AI thing?
No. Nothing automated decides anything about a camper. The automation is plain rules: balance reminders on a schedule that never cancel a registration, waitlist offers in queue order, and seat holds that end after 15 minutes.
Is our campers’ health data safe?
The whole health form is shown only to your health staff and the child’s parents. A group leader sees only their own group’s allergies and medications, with who carries epinephrine. Every read is logged. The office sees whether a form is finished, never what it says. CAMPPS holds no security certification yet. Read the children’s data page, written to forward to whoever signs.
