Each part is the real product, shown at one of the two example camps: Heron Lake Scout Reservation, or Camp Larkwater, where families register their own campers.

You set your camp up yourself, and nothing is public until you publish. Readiness lists what would stop you publishing, each item linked to the step that fixes it.

Register: families sign up and pay a deposit.

A family chooses a session for each camper, answers your own questions, such as a cabin-mate request, and pays a deposit or the whole fee. A child under 13 needs a parent’s consent first; the places are held for 15 minutes while the family pays.

Each morning the director opens a short list of what needs a person, ranked by harm. Counselors take attendance on their phones at the waterfront.

Refund policy, version 2: Full refund less the $400 deposit, until 30 days before opening day. The family asked 31 days before opening day. The version was locked when they registered, so a later change never applies to them.

Only the camp director sends it, with a written reason and an identity check. The office sees it waiting.

Refunds settled; next summer’s dates offered to returning families, who confirm last year’s details instead of typing them again.

Moving from your current system.

Whatever runs your registration today, a system, spreadsheets or paper, you move your camp over yourself. You enter what you already have into setup, and your current system keeps running until you publish.

What you enter in setup

  • Sessions, dates and how many each one holds
  • Your fee table, deposits and refund policy
  • The sections of your health form and your consent wording
  • Your classes or electives, with ages and prerequisites
  • Your staff, and what each of them can do

Reading a spreadsheet or an export from the system you use now, including last summer’s families and groups, is Planned — not in the first release. There is no one-click import from another system, and no promise of one.
